Scoop the Greek yogurt into a cheesecloth and place it over a bowl.
Put something heavy on top of the yogurt to press it down, and let it drain until thick and dry.
Add the chocolate to a plastic piping bag and tie a knot at the top.
Place the piping bag in a bowl of hot water and let it sit for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully melted.
Arrange the berries on a piece of parchment paper in any shape you like.
Pipe the melted chocolate into the gaps between the berries to hold them together.
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
Once set, sandwich the berry chocolate layer with the drained (dry) yogurt.
